OUR MISSION
“Building future champions at Bluegrass Running Camp one summer at a time”
Looking to have your best cross country season yet?

Come be a part of Bluegrass Running Camp this summer. Stationed in the small town of the Bluegrass State, Berea provides both female and male campers a perfect getaway location to come focus on training and to learn about the sport of distance running. Expanding over 9,000 acres of farmland, forrest, and property, Berea College comes equipped with grass fields, miles of trails, a cross country course, bike paths, sand volleyball and basketball courts.

Each athlete will be paired with a group of other runners of their ability level and led by a group of our camp counselors, who are all collegiate cross country runners or KHSAA coaches. This camp will provide each camper the opportunity to learn from and hear from State Champions, NCAA All Americans, Sub 4 milers, Professional Runners, Men's and Women's Collegiate Coaches, and Olympic Trial Qualifiers.

The “dog days of summer” is the first essential piece to a successful cross country season. Bluegrass Running Camp is the perfect spring board for anyone looking to take their racing to the next level and to break through barriers in November.
